Case Study 2
The problem: A mid-market enterprise software company with sales in 12 states and Canada needed a reliable and cost effective way to prepare and file sales and use tax returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The biggest challenge was preparing a significant number of returns in a 4-business day period (after monthly accounting close and before the filing deadline).
The solution: Leveraging our deep Sales and Use Tax (SALT) experience in our offshore service delivery centers in Houston and India, we were able to work "around the clock" to prepare, review, and file all the necessary returns for the client typically within 48-hours.
Accounting Services
Case Study 1
The problem: A Texas based commercial real estate management company was experiencing consistent work overload in their accounting department. Monthly utility invoices for several hundred commercial properties was becoming burdensome to process.
The solution: Utilizing an improved process and remote access technologies StaffLeader helps keep hundreds of commercial utilities processed, recorded, and current.
Case Study 2
The problem: A leading NY law firm was looking for a service provider that could provide a paperless end-end accounting solution to perform weekly bookkeeping, T&E billing, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and management reporting.
The solution: Each Thursday our client would courier source documents to our Houston processing center for scanning and uploading to our US-based servers. Using a web-based accounting system, StaffLeader accountants would complete all necessary transaction processing overnight and have completed documents ready by 8am Friday morning for client review.
Transformation Services
Case Study 1
The problem: For a fortune 500 technology firm, managing and reporting on their vendor's inventory was a growing problem. With distribution centers scattered throughout the world, it was important to obtain accurate and current information of their vendor's lots. Obtaining and collating this information took a dedicated team and many late nights to ensure timely reporting.
The solution: StaffLeader was asked to assist with the data collection, collating, and reporting of vendor inventory in a near real-time model. Utilizing StaffLeader team, tools, and technology we are able to improve the existing process and ensure the work is done while the customer sleeps.
Case Study 2
The problem: Several federally funded non-profit organizations were seeing their back office administrative efforts increase. Tracking, managing, and reporting time and status on an increasing number of client projects and volunteers was consuming valuable staff focus.
The solution: By working to understand the community needs and goals of the non-profit, StaffLeader implemented a simple, cost effective solution reducing the overhead for managing labor.
