We are not responsible, however, for any information you might provide while on a site not owned and operated by StaffLeader. StaffLeader is also not responsible for any information provided to a person or company other than StaffLeader and its agents and employees nor are we responsible for privacy policies enforced or not enforced on other websites not owned and operated by StaffLeader.

Collection of Information
In order to use our services, StaffLeader must collect personally identifiable information provided by you. This personal information is required to complete the necessary documents related to your clients’ tax returns. Personally identifiable information includes but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, social security number, birth date, credit card information, financial information, mortgage information, automobile information, personal wedding information, and other sensitive information necessary to generate a complete and accurate document.

StaffLeader will never sell, lease or share your information in any way with a third party without your express and written consent. However, StaffLeader may be required by law release personal information through a legal search warrant, subpoena, federal regulation, court order or other valid legal requirement. We may also provide general information and/or statistics based on personal information in a manner that does not identify you or your clients specifically and does not include contact information. This information might be in the form of user statistics such as page views, browser referrals and general site traffic information.
