1% Time
StaffLeader employees are encouraged to devote 1% of their working time, experience, and passion to community service. StaffLeader management facilitates community engagement through volunteer opportunities and programs in India and the US.

Volunteer activities include:

• Feeding the homeless
• Tutoring kids
• Participating in community beautification and restoration projects
• Lending tax expertise to nonprofits
• Assisting with disaster relief (such as Hurricane relief efforts experienced during Katrina and Rita)

1% Services
Donating and discounting StaffLeader tax and accounting services to nonprofit organizations allows social change organizations to focus more time and financial resources on their missions and less time dealing with back-office activities. By giving 40 hours of time from a senior StaffLeader professional and a further 60% discount on additional FTEs, StaffLeader is transforming how social change organizations achieve their mission.

1% Profits
Each year StaffLeader will donate 1% of pre-tax profits to qualified charitable organizations in India and the US each year.
